FAQs
What people ask about the most…
How frequent is the 1:1 support?
You can receive support every 4-8 weeks for up to a year, with a 3 month pause between re-referrals.
If I belong to one of the communities mentioned above, will that mean I will automatically be referred to this service?
Not necessarily, we want to ensure you are getting the right kind of support and will work with you to ensure you are receiving the best support available.
I am working with a service other than the Community and Inclusion service. Can I still access the support?
Of course! You have referred into S&G Mind and belong to the community that the service supports. It does not matter which service you are working with if you want to join our service.
Do I have to be referred to S&G Mind to access the safe space groups?
Yes; in order to join one of our safe space groups, you will first need to complete a referral form.
