What is Mind Time?

Mind Time is our community peer group support programme and offers a variety of activities and groups based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing Model. The aim of Mind Time is to support people to embed the Five Ways to Wellbeing into their day-to-day life.

How Can I Access Mind Time?

What can we offer?

  • Groups are free of charge and have opportunities for you to connect with others depending on your goals.
Who can access the service?
  • Anyone who is 16+ and lives in Swindon or is registered with a Swindon GP.
How can I make a referral?

Can I bring someone along to the group?

Everyone accessing the group must be registered with S&G Mind. If you have specific requirements, please let us know and we will explore with you what we can offer.

Do I have to book on to a group?

If you’re recieving support from us already, please chat to your Practitioner or Peer Support Worker to find out more. If you’re new to us, you’ll need to complete the referral form – https://sgmind.co.uk/services/referrals/
