Point of Entry

From 1st April 2025, Access Line will be known as our ‘Point of Entry Line’ and have reduced opening hours due to a change in funding. We will be open from Monday – Friday, 9AM to 5PM to help provide advice and guidance to people in Swindon who require mental health and wellbeing support.

If you require urgent support outside of these hours, you can access 111, press 2 for Mental Health Support, which connects you to a local team of trained call handlers, nurses, and clinicians.

S&G Mind’s other mental health services remain open and will continue to offer mental health and wellbeing services to those who live in Swindon and Gloucestershire.

If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us via [email protected] or 01793 547150.
